| Abstract: | It is an important turning point to implement a full transition from single compensatory educatin to continuing education,which indudes background education,vocational education,training education ect.We should implement the scientific development concept,further regulation,reform and innovation in order to promote the harmonious development of adult higher deucation and to achieve a harmonious campus construction in colleges and universities. |
