酿酒葡萄的品质评价模型

摘    要:为了综合评价酿酒葡萄的品质,提取了27种葡萄品种的29个理化指标,并采用因子分析得到了最主要的3个因子,即风味品质因子、糖品质因子和外观品质因子.这些因子反映了原来较多指标的信息,且有很好的直观意义.最后,用K均值聚类把各种葡萄样品在3个因子的得分以及总分分为四种级别,从而可以根据不同的要求选取不同的较优良葡萄样品.

Abstract:For comprehensive evaluation of the quality of wine grape, we extract 29 indicators of 27 kinds of grapes, and use factor analysis to get the three most important factors, namely, the flavor factor, the sugar factor and the appearance factor. These factors can not only reflect the original information of many indicators, but also have a good intuitive sense. Finally, we use the K- means clustering to divide the grape samples into four levels by their three factor scores as well as the total score. Then we can select different good grape samples depending on different requirements. XRD shows single crystalline cubic Ge became crystalline planes of the cubic Ge and with metastabil- ity phase GeO after laser ablation.
