| Abstract: | On the basis of the investigation and analysis of the present situation of our college's young PE teachers,the article puts forward six suggestions for their continuing education,namely to properly deal with the relations between teaching and cultivating,to divide the cultivating stages,to upgrade the educational background level,to strengthen the learning of sports theory and new sports courses,to pay special attention to professional training and to try hard to improve their ability of scientific researches. |
