| 摘 要： | 为使速滑运动员减少运动损伤和伤病的困扰,采用调查、统计等方法对速滑运动员损伤的现状进行分析,查找出准备活动不充分、运动员身体和心理状况不良等致伤原因,并针对各原因提出合理地安排训练内容、提高运动员自我预防意识、加强保健指导、充分做好准备活动、强化场地管理等预防措施以及常见损伤的急救方法,为速滑运动员取得优异运动成绩提供保障。

| Abstract: | In order to reduce the sports injury and pain of speed skaters,with the methods of investigation and statistics,the article analyzes the current injury status and find out some causations;insufficient warming-up and badness of the physical and psychological condition.For ensuring the good performance of skaters,it suggests some countermeasures:managing reasonable training program,heghtening self preventive consciousness,advancing health direction,being sufficient in warming-up,improving the equipment management and first aid for general injury. |
