| 摘 要： | 高校学生档案是国家人事档案的组成部分,是大学生就业及今后各级组织选拔、任用、考核的重要依据。各高校为了加强学生档案管理,更好地掌握大学生在校期间学习、生活及各种社会实践的客观情况,在学生档案管理过程中投入了大量的人力、物力和财力,使高校的学生档案管理费用成为高校财务开支的一个重要的组成部分。
