| 摘 要： | 电子商务已经渗透到人们生活的各个领域,作为物流管理主要发展方向的第三方物流必然将受到电子商务所带来的冲击.同时,供应链管理在企业中的成功运用,也给第三方物流提供者提出了新的要求.通过对第三方物流与传统物流进行比较,分析电子商务和供应链管理在现阶段对第三方物流的影响,以及第三方物流在电子商务环境下的发展趋势,以提高第三物流服务的效率与水平.

| Abstract: | E-commerce has penetrated to many aspects of human's life. Third-Part Logistics, as the main development direction of logistical management, will be subjected to the impact of E-comnleree. Meanwhile, the ap-plication of Supply Chain Management(SCM)in enterprises, takes forward new requirement to Third-Part Logis-tics. The paper compares the Third-Part Logistics and traditional logisties. and analyzes the influence made by E-commerce and SCM to Third-Part Logistics, and discusses the developing trend of Third-Part Logistics under the environment of E-commerce. |
