摘 要: | 新课程改革提出了建立三级课程管理体制,倡导校本课程的开发。任何的课程改革如果忽视了教师专业发展在其中的意义和价值,都会归于失败。校本课程开发为教师带来了新的挑战,教师专业发展水平已经成为制约校本课程开发的一个现实性问题。如何在校本课程开发中,使教师真正获得专业上的发展,以促使校本课程开发顺利进行,是本文探讨的主要问题。

Abstract: | The new curriculum reform requires a three-level-management system and calls for the development of school-based curriculum.Any curriculum reform will fail without paying attention to the teachers'value in the professional development.The development of school-based curriculum has brought new challenges to all the teachers.The level of the development in teachers'profession is a practical problem at present.How teachers can get real professional development to promote the development of school-based curriculum is mainly discussed in this paper. |
