| 摘 要： | 在现代远程教育中,学习中心是各试点院校分布各地的为学生提供学习支持服务的基层组织机构,是远程教学和远程学习的活动基地,它的组织结构是学习中心的关键和基础。本文根据学习中心的特点,运用组织结构设计理论,探讨一些现代远程教育学习中心的组织结构设计方案。
