| 摘 要： | 严峻的就业形势对大学生形成了巨大的心理压力,近期频繁发生的因就业问题引发的大学生自杀事件,向人们发出了严重的警讯。就业形势拷问我国高校大学生就业危机教育的缺失,呼唤高校就业危机教育体系的建构。我国高校就业指导和职业发展生涯规划课程普遍忽视＂就业危机教育＂。将以促进大学生对＂就业危机＂的理性认知为主要内容的大学生就业危机教育纳入到现行的教育实践体系中,加强对大学生就业观和择业心理健康教育,强化大学生就业危机干预,构建符合大学生身心发展规律的大学生就业危机教育体系势在必行。
