| 摘 要： | 在宪法中写入“公民的合法的私有财产不受侵犯”不但在理论上不能自圆其说,在实践中更是会产生极大的危害。为了更好地保护私有财产权,应当将“合法的”这样的字眼从宪法条文中予以删除。
