| 摘 要： | 文章从分配领域采取何种分配形式的四种理论观点入手，指出政府促进收入分配公平的政策选择只能同时反映功利主义和正义论的道德观，即不仅要努力增加经济福利，使社会总收入最大化，而且要注重初次分配以及再分配过程中的公平。

| Abstract: | Based on the four theories of distributions forms, this paper points out that the policy that governments guarantee the fair distribution just only reflects the philosophy of utilitarianism and the theory of justice, that is we can not only pay attention to the increase of the welfare to achieve the maximum of Gross National Income but also should attach importance to the justice of the process of the assign for the first time and reallocation. |
