| 摘 要： | 办学主体作为提供农民工继续教育的主办单位,直接关系着农民工的受教育效果。目前农民工继续教育办学主体虽然很多,但这些办学主体缺乏规范化的管理,利用率并不高。完善农民工继续教育的办学主体,将有助于充分利用和开发现有的教育资源,提高农民工综合素质和就业能力,实现城市和农村的和谐。
