| Abstract: | The Outline of the Project of Middle and Long Term Development of Education of the Nation and Jiangsu Province has set the goal of establishing open universities,which will be the new start point of reform and development of distance education in our country.To establish the provincial and regional level open universities is an important component in exploring the new road of reform and development of distance education.We should confirm the idea of running Open University,carefully design the plan of construction and appropriately deal with several pairs of relations. |
