| 摘 要： | 随着我国农民工群体的不断扩大以及在社会经济发展中作用的不断凸显，农民工文化建设开始成为社会关注的热点问题。从某个视域上看，成人教育无疑是农民工文化建设的奠基者、倡导者和推进者，正是成人教育通过实施职业技能教育、公民素质教育、科学文化教育等方式，促使和引领农民工群体在社会心理、价值观念、归属意识、文化观念、角色行为等方面发生巨大的变化，为我国农民工文化建设奠定了深厚的社会基础。
