| 摘 要： | 老子德论是关于人生价值和价值实现途径的学说。老子“道德合一”的本体观体用形态，既逻辑地展现了老子哲学的德论主题，又首次点明了“德”即得“道”之德性的内涵和实质，并内在地构成德论之“道——德性——德行”的逻辑结构。“自然”的理念则是贯穿老子德论的基本原则。这一逻辑结构内在地体现了老子德论之本体论、价值论、修养论等基本内容，以及德论的基本特征。
