| 摘 要： | 现代竞技体育项目的迅速发展脱离不了运动员科学选材。本文通过文献资料、专家访谈、调查问卷等方法，对射击项目选材指标初筛，在征询优秀教练员选材认识的基础上，目标是修订原有的选材指标体系，重新建立新型的评价标准，使之与时俱进。原有测试指标和文献总共有的46个指标中，其中14个指标被教练员认同为重要的评价指标，重要的评价指标中就有心理指标：九孔仪、握枪稳定测试、估计用力、肘动作方位、神经类型、被动反应、光反应、时空判断、智商、人格因素、注意力集中、场依存性，占了12个，说明了广大射击教练员对于心理指标的认可以及心理选材对于射击项目的重要性。

| Abstract: | The rapid expansion and development of modem competitive sports items are closely related to scientific material selection methods. This article, by means of literature review, interviews with experts and questionnaires, makes a preliminary screening on shooting material selection indices. On the basis of consulting excellent coaches＇ opinions on material selection, this article aims at improving the original selection index system and reestablishing a new evaluation criterion, so that they will keep up with the times. Among the 46 indices summarized from the original testing and literature indices, 14 are considered by shooting coaches as evaluation indices with the same importance, including12mentalindies such as nine hole tester, Cui＇ pistol for stabilization, strength estimation, elbow movement position, nerve types, passive reactions, lion reactions, judgment on time and space, IQ, personality factor, concentration tester and field-dependence. All of these reflect the approval of coaches of mental index and the importance of mental selection on shooting sport. |
