| Abstract: | This paper starts from the present recycling situation of expired drugs and introduces the concepts of public education costs,health benefits and green benefits,building game model between the government and the pharmaceutical retail enterprises.It also puts forward the specific strategies on the existing problems in expired drugs recycling process from the government,enterprises and consumers angles. |
