Abstract:Quality of teaching has always been the lifeline of colleges and universities. Strengthening teacher appraisement to facilitate teachers' professional development is an important move to insure the existence of the colleges and universities. In order to make the teacher appraisement objective, fair and square, valid and highly reliable, the concept of appraisement must be changed and diversification of appraisement must be realized.
