| 摘 要： | 全球信息化对现有的知识产权法律体系提出了挑战,网络下的知识产权问题已成为各国信息化过程的核心问题之一。本文简要介绍了各国为适应信息技术的发展对知识产权保护的关注,并对网络环境下的知识产权问题进行了初步探讨。
