| 摘 要： | 本文针对以问题为基础的教学法（problem-based learning, PBL）在果蔬贮藏与加工学教学中的应用进行了探讨，分析了果蔬贮藏与加工学教学引入PBL教学法的可行性，并对在果蔬贮藏与加工学教学中实施PBL教学法的基本步骤和PBL教学法存在的问题进行了阐述。
