| Abstract: | This article discusses how to do the archives work well under the secondary management system in universities. It analyses the characteristics of secondary archives administration under the secondary management system. It also clarifies archives responsibilities of comprehensive departments and secondary departments and gives suggestions on how to do the work well. |
