| 摘 要： | 中部地区是"三农"问题最集中、最突出的地区,中部崛起必须把农业崛起作为首要价值目标;中部地区人口众多,而且80%以上的人口在农村,这一特殊的"区情",决定了只有把巨大的人口负担变成强大的人力资源优势,才有可能真正实现中部农业的崛起;中部农业崛起的关键在于农民素质的提高,而提高农民素质的最直接有效的手段是农村成人教育.

| Abstract: | Three issues about the agriculture is the most obvious in the central region.The rising of the agriculture is the most important among the rising of the central region.The central region has a large population, and accounted for 80% rural population.This has decided that the central region agriculture will be rising only when turning gigantic population burden into the advantage of human resources.The key of the rising of the agriculture lies in the rising of peasant's quality which most directly depends on rural adult education. |
