| 摘 要： | 在构建区域终身教育体系过程中,基层电大以办学的开放性、资源的共享性、内容与形式的多样性服务于区域学习型社会的建设与发展。天津电大河北分校提出＂社区建设需要什么样的人才,学校就提供什么样的教育服务＂的口号,形成了＂高校指导,街道主管,其他机构配合＂的运作模式,提高了数字化学习典型示范中心的管理水平,有效地实现了学校发展与区域社会发展的紧密结合。

| Abstract: | In the construction of regional lifelong education system,grass-roots RTVU provides the service for the construction and development of regional learning society with the characteristics of educational openness,sharable resources,diversity of teaching content and methods.Hebei Branch has put forward the watchword：＂the educational service the university can offer will be determined by the need of community construction for talented people＂.The operating process has developed into a module,guided by the institutes of higher education,managed by the community,and cooperated by the other organizations,which improve the management of digital learning exemplary center and promote the connection of development between the university and the region. |
