| 摘 要： | 论文就制度和政策方面对发达国家继续教育的共性进行比较,从各发达国家对本国继续教育政策的法制化趋势入手,比较各国继续教育发展的政策变化、趋势方向,以及深入分析因为国情的不同而对产生的各国对继续教育的特殊需要,以期对我国继续教育的未来发展具有一定的借鉴意义。

Therefore, it provides the reference for the future development of learning after graduation in China. |
