摘    要:教师专业发展,已成为优化教师队伍、提高教学质量、促进教育发展的首要关注点。教师的专业发展应该从关注外部激励转向提升内在需求上,即以教师的自我认知作为专业发展的基点。从教师的职业认同度、教师专业发展的关注维度、职业生涯规划及达成等视角来分析教师个体的自我认知,才能有针对性地整合内、外之力,实现教师专业的可持续发展。

Abstract:Teachers' professional development has become the primary focus of optimization of teachers,improving teaching quality and promoting the development of education.The professional development of teachers should be changed from concerning about external incentives to enhancing the intrinsic demand,namely with the teachers' self-cognition as the basis of professional development.From the view of teachers' occupation identity,dimensions of attention about teachers' professional development and attention of dimensions of occupation career planning and achieving,we pay attention to analyze teachers' self-cognition,and then integrate internal and external force,and realize teachers' sustainable development.
