摘    要:电子商务环境下,CRM已成为企业巩固核心竞争力的关键。本文全面分析了CRM的特征和功能。分析了抑制中国企业发展CRM的因素,并提出了实施CRH的策略。

Abstract:In e-commerce era, the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has become the key of strengthening enterprise's core competence. The paper fully analyzes the characters and functions of CRM. Then the paper analyzes the factors that restrain Chinese enterprises from developing CRM, and proposes the tactics that Chinese enterprises implement CRM.
