摘    要:教师行动研究包含一系列的教学科研实践活动,教师通过观察课堂教学行为,反思教学过程,评估教学效果,进而改进课堂教学。教师行动研究能够创设有效课堂教学环境,创新课程教学模式,促进教师专业发展。

Abstract:Teachers' action research contains series activities of teaching and research practice. Through those activities, teachers observe their classroom teaching behaviors, reflect their teaching process, and evaluate their teaching effect so as to improve the classroom teaching. The great significance of teachers' action research lies in the followings. First it ensures that teachers create the efficiency of classroom teaching; secondly it urges teachers to innovate course teaching mode; thirdly it is the continuous drive to teachers' specialization development.
