| 摘 要： | 辅导员是独立学院学生思想政治工作队伍的重要组成部分，是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量，是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。作为新生事物的独立学院，如何组建辅导员工作队伍、建立新时期独立学院辅导员队伍管理的有效机制，如何从根本上提高辅导员工作的整体水平，是当前独立学院辅导员队伍建设面临的最迫切问题。
