| 摘 要： | 加强高校档案人员的继续教育是提高档案人员整体素质的必然选择。要想搞好高校档案人员的继续教育,必须做好以下几项工作:提高认识,明确目标;加大经费投入,保证学习时间;培训内容要遵循实用性、针对性、新颖性原则;加强继续教育师资队伍建设;培训方式要灵活多样。

| Abstract: | To strengthen the archivists' continuous education in colleges of higher learning is an inevitable choice of improving their qualities as a whole. In order to do it well, we can adopt the following measures: deepening our understanding and making the objective clear; increasing the investment in education and ensuring their learning time; following practical and original principles; strengthening the building of teachers' contingent in continuous education ; resorting to training methods of flexibility and variety. |
