| 摘 要： | 人的自由发展问题,在不同的历史条件下,有着不同的内涵与要求。在20世纪前半叶,毛泽东提出并阐释了个性自由的思想。但是,个性自由是与实践相联系的。以人为本的科学发展观的提出,为人的个性自由发展提供了新的平台。为此,在以人为本的命题下,讨论现代化与人的关系,就有了更加坚实的社会基础。
