大学英语教师教学反思能力的培养

摘    要:在大学英语教学中,教师要养成反思教学的良好习惯,并通过坚持写教学日志、认真参与同行听课和集体反思活动、向学生发放调查问卷征求教学意见等途径,培养自己的反思教学能力,有利于大学英语教学质量的提高和教师教学经验的成熟。

Abstract:In the process of teaching,college English teachers should form the habit of reflecting their teaching and cultivate the ability to review their own teaching by keeping writing their teaching diaries,observing other English teachers’teaching and participating the reflections on teaching with them after class and asking students’teaching advice through questionnaires to make college English teaching quality better and to accumulate college English teachers’teaching experiences.
