| Abstract: | In the process of teaching,college English teachers should form the habit of reflecting their teaching and cultivate the ability to review their own teaching by keeping writing their teaching diaries,observing other English teachers’teaching and participating the reflections on teaching with them after class and asking students’teaching advice through questionnaires to make college English teaching quality better and to accumulate college English teachers’teaching experiences. |
