高师音乐教育课程改革与西部农村中小学师资培养

摘    要:高师音乐教育专业担负着培养农村中小学音乐师资的重任。由于农村中小学,特别是西部农村中小学普遍存在着资金紧缺、人才匮乏、教学模式不适应农村学校需要等瓶颈问题,改革高师音乐教育专业课程设置已势在必行。经过几年的实践探索,我们根据西部农村中小学音乐教育的特点,对传统高师音乐教育课程进行了整合,大大提高了教学效率,更好地发挥了音乐教育在提高农村人口素质、建设和谐农村过程中的重要作用。

Abstract:Major of music education in college plays a very important role in cultivating and developing teaching resources of primary and high schools in western rural area. Because of the commonly existing bottleneck problems, such as capital shortage, lack of talents, non - adaption of teaching method in primary and high schools in western in rural area, reform on curriculum of music education in college. After years of field research, the traditional curriculum of music education in college has been integrated according to its specific features, which has greatly enhanced teaching efficiency. It helps improve quality of population in rural areas and the role of building a harmonious society.
