| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是指导地方民族高校学报建设与发展的理论基石。现行的办刊模式、现行学术评价机制、市场化挑战、经费投入及学报编辑队伍素质都影响和制约了地方民族高校学报的科学发展,只有突破常规思维模式,以质量求生存,强化自身建设,才能确保可持续发展。
