| 摘 要： | 网络化教育在带来高效率的同时也给高校教师带来了新的挑战。近年来，我国高校教师无论是数量还是质量都有了很大幅度的提升，教师在已拥有的精神、自信、充满朝气和使用现代教育技术为教学服务的品质的同时，适时与时俱进地转换自身角色，才能具备为科教兴国、塑造合格人才的基本素质。

| Abstract: | Networking education has brought high -efficiency as well as brought new challenges to the college teachers. In recent years, China＇s college teachers both in quantity and quality have a tremendous improvement.Only while college teachers have owned the spirit of self - confidence and full of youthful vigor and the quality of u- sing the modem educational technology to serve teaching, and change their own roles to keep pace with the times,can they possess the basic qualities of training qualified personnel for relying on science and education to develop the country. |
