| Abstract: | Guided to theory of Synergetics, referenced to the idea of endogenous and exogenous' variable in the theory of economical growth,my paper goes on the systemic analysis to hi- tech industry competitiveness from its two sides of the endogenous competitiveness and exogenous competitiveness. And on the basis of previous analysis, a series of the indices to evaluate high - tech industry competitiveness are established in my paper. |
