| 摘 要： | 义务教育区域均衡发展是近几年研究的重点。义务教育均衡发展涉及公平教育。教育公平性保证受教育者得到公平发展的机会。河北省义务教育阶段外语教学水平随着社会经济发展不断提高。外语初学时间、教育经费投入、师资水平以及师资结构等都是影响外语教育均衡发展的因素。外语教学研究者应找出问题症结所在,提出相关策略,努力实现河北外语教学均衡发展。

| Abstract: | The Region Balanced Development of Compulsory Education is the research focus in recent years,which involves educational justice.Only educational justice can guarantee the educated equal chance.HeBei Foreign language teaching has improved a lot with the development of social economy.The beginning time for the young learners、educational appropriations、teachers＇ level and teachers＇ structure will be the factors affecting Hebei foreign language teaching.The researchers should find the keys and propose the strategies so as to realize the Region Balanced Development of Foreign Language Education. |
