| 摘 要： | 文章通过问卷调查法、访谈法和文献资料研究法等方法,对山西和陕西两省中老年人太极拳健身活动现状进行调查分析,发现其中存在的问题,并对此进行研究,提出相应的发展策略,以便为今后改善和提高我国西部地区中老年人健身的质量与条件提供科学的理论指导依据。

| Abstract: | This paper made a research into the current conditons of the middle-aged and old-aged Taijiquan practitioners and pointed out some problems in them. So this paper analyzes these problems and gives out some corresponding developing strategies to deal with these problems, and it can be a scientific reference for middle aged and old-aged practitioners to enhance their exercising quality and condition. |
