| Abstract: | This paper deals with the litigation on the public aids to private schools in America.The litigation focused on the separation question of church and state.Courts reviews the public aids to private schools mainly according to the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment of Federal Constitution.The standard for the separation employed by the courts changes from the Lemon Test to the Government Neutrality.At last the School Choice Program is permitted by U.S.Constitution. |
