| 摘 要： | 高校后勤部门作为学校组织体系重要的组成部分,在高校发展与稳定中发挥着重要的作用。新型高校后勤部门的社会化改革与发展,必须建设和谐、高效的后勤队伍;树立系统的人才观念,构建科学的培训体系;全面提高后勤队伍的整体素质,完善"以人为本"的用人机制;加强后勤高级技能人才队伍建设。

| Abstract: | The logistics departments in universities as an important part of organizational system in school play an important role in the development and stability of universities.A harmonious,efficient logistics team must be established in the socialized reform and development of new-type logistics departments in universities;a systematical personnel concept and a scientific training system must be built;the overall quality of logistics team should be improved comprehensively and the people-based employment mechanisms should be perfected;the development of advanced skilled qualified personnel for logistics departments should be strengthened. |
