| 摘 要： | 一、认真总结校企合作经验，更多更快更好地培养高技能人才 2003年，中央召开全国人才工作会议，明确了高技能人才的战略地位。将高技能人才队伍建设作为实施人才强国战略的重要任务进行了一系列部署。劳动保障部门会同有关行业和大型企业集团。在全国启动并实施了国家高技能人才培训工程和“三年五十万”新技师培养计划。2006年4月。中办、国办印发了《关于进一步加强高技能人才工作的意见》，明确了高技能人才工作的指导思想、目标任务、政策措施和工作要求。高技能人才工作步入快车道。
