| 摘 要： | 对传统化石能源终将枯竭的担忧和全球变暖对人类生存环境的现实威胁,使得发展低碳经济成为国际社会的共同选择.保定市新能源产业基础雄厚,必然应以此为切入点,大力发展低碳经济.通过分析保定市新能源发展存在的问题,从政策和技术两个方面探讨解决之道,以推进保定市低碳经济建设.

| Abstract: | With the trepidation that traditional fossil fuels will eventually be exhausted and the global warming's real threat to human's living environment,low-carbon economy becomes the common choice of the international community.New energy industry has solid foundation in Baoding,which is a sound entry point.By analyzing the problems on Baoding's new energy development,this article advanced some solution from the perspective of policy and technology in order to promote low carbon economic development in Baoding. |
