| 摘 要： | 新形势下,加强高校基层团支部建设,不仅有利于更好地引导广大团员青年提升自身综合素质,而且对于增强高校共青团组织的吸引力和推动校园和谐文化建设也有着积极的意义。但当前高校基层团支部在建设和管理中存在多方面的问题。本文主要从党建带团建、支部班子建设以及支部文化建设等方面去分析并提出相应的对策。

| Abstract: | In the new age,reinforcing the construction of universities’ basic level Youth League branches will not only help League members to enhance their own general quality,but reinforce the attraction of Youth League and promote a harmonious campus culture.Yet,a lot of problems still exist in its construction and development.The paper intends to pose some countermeasures from "party building leads league building",leadership construction and cultural construction aspects. |
