| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育大众化步伐的逐步加快和高校学生团队改革的不断深化,原有的学生团队在创新与传承问题上出现了许多问题,鉴于此,创建"推石上山"理论,并应用于学生团队领导者在实际的团队创新与传承工作之中,有助于学生团队得到有效的发展.
