| Abstract: | Major construction is the problem which to be solved in local nomal colleges in the transition process.Local nomal colleges must find a good location,it is necessary to ensure that the characteristics of teacher education,but also to take hold in the local economic and social development needs,appropriate major development of the of non-teachers in order to conform to current trends in the development of better transformation. |
