| 摘 要： | 高校共青团在培养大学生的综合素质、构建和谐校园等方面发挥着重要作用,但新时期也面临着全球化、大学生思想多元化、新的组织形式和集结方式出现、大学生团员人数增多和先进性不足等诸多挑战。在此基础上,思考新时期高校共青团如何做好学生工作和加强基层组织建设等。

| Abstract: | Communist Youth League in universities has played an important role in developing students＇ overall quality, building a harmonious campus. However it is confronted with many challenges in the new era of globalization： ideological diversity, emergence of new forms of or- ganization, the growing number of members and lack of advancement. Based on these, this pa- per reflects on how to strengthen student work and grass-roots organizations in the new era. |
