| Abstract: | The coordinate development of urban and rural teachers＇ continuing education is the harmonious development which concentrates the urban and rural superior resources and is mutually beneficial. It is also the chain development of urban and rural layout and resource allocation. Moreover, it is the balanced development in which the high will go higher and the low will catch up with the high. The analysis of the coordinate developing intention needs to define the urban and rural intention, the population statistic model and the difference in the urban and rural teachers＇ continuing education. |
