| 摘 要： | 地市级电大是全国广播电视大学四级办学体系中最主要的基层办学单位，加快教学现代化建设，有着十分重要的基础作用，从地市级电大在地方经济建设和电大系统中的功能，地位出发，借鉴当前国内外许多高校远程教育试点的成功经验与做法，探讨地市级电大教学现代化的定位与地市级电大教学现代化建设的要求。

Practice and Reflection on the Modernization of Teaching in TV Universities at Municipal and Prefectural Level |

| Abstract: | TV universities at municipal and prefectural levels are the units at the grass root level in the four-grade educational system of the TV University, so it is of paramount importance to speed up the modernization of its teaching. This article, according to the functions and position of this kind of university in the local economic construction and the whole TV University system and with the help of the successful experience from home and abroad, tries to probe into the aims and requirements of teaching modernization of TV universities at municipal and prefectural level. |
