| 摘 要： | 在信息技术和网络技术日益发展的今天，图书馆的工作内容、工作任务、工作方法、工作手段正发生着巨大的变化，图书馆现行的职称体系已不能体现这些变化的特点，不能适应新的形势发展的需要，将现行的以“馆员”为中心的图书馆职称体系重建为以“信息分析师”为中心的职称体系不失为较好的选择。
