| 摘 要： | 针对近年来义务教育阶段愈演愈烈的择校风，教育主管部门必须用市场经济的思维和措施来加以解决，尽快出台相关政策，在不鼓励的前提下，承认其需求的合理性一面。教育主管部门要支配、控制巨额的择校费，主要用于同一地域内办学条件比较差的学校，这样削山头，填山谷，使教育资源在同一地域内的配置和布局更趋均衡合理。

On the School Choosing in Compulsory Education Stage |

| Abstract: | These years in compulsory education stage schools are accustomed to students' choosing school phenomenon. The educate authorities must solve the problem by promulgate policy with market economic ideas and measures. Its rationality should be admitted without encouraged. The educate authorities must control and dominate the substantive school choosing fee, use it mainly for the poor-conditioned schools in the same area. Only in this way could educational resource be distributed and arranged in reason. |
