| 摘 要： | 进一步加强独立学院基层学生工作队伍建设，提高基层团队的管理水平和能力，打造学习型团队，对提高学生工作整体水平显得尤为重要。文章通过对独立学院基层学生工作队伍建设的现状进行分析。就如何打造独立学院学习型基层学生工作团队的有效途径进行探索，并提出了应对方案。
